Vitamin E (Tocopherol)
is found in many foods
such as Cod liver oil, Sunflower and Olive oils, Apples, Bananas, Nuts, Beans, Lettuce, Spinach, Onions, Prawns and Salmon. It helps fight against a
wide range of conditions associated with ageing, heart disease, stroke, arthritis, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease
and cancers.
It helps improve stamina and endurance and
boosts the immune system against infections.
Vitamin B9 (Folic acid)
is found in Spinach,
Lettuce, Peas and some fortified foods like wholemeal bread
and Cereals.
It is needed for
the growth and
division of cells such
as blood, skin, hair,
nerve and also brain cells.
