Christmas is the time of year for
Happy wishes to everyone,
Rich plum pud, a wreathe on each door,
Inspiring carols and party fun.

Seeing the people that you love;
Thinking of ones that you can’t see,
Mistletoe hanging up above
And presents around the Christmas tree.

Spare a thought for the baby boy,
(this is His birthday, as you know);
Invite Him in to share your joy:
Make him part of this wonderful show.

Eve and day and Boxing day too,
Joy be with you all of the time;
