It was always said of him, that he knew how 2 keep Christmas well,
if any man alive possessed the knowledge. May that be truly said of us,

Christmas is a time when everybody wants his past forgotten
and his present remembered. What I don’t like about office
Christmas parties is looking for a job the next day.

Love came down at Christmas
Love all lovely, love divine
Love was born at Christmas
Stars and angels gave the sign.

Wouldn’t life be worth the living
Wouldn’t dreams be coming true
If we kept the Christmas spirit
All the whole year through?

Heap on the wood
The wind is chill
But let it whistle as it will
We’ll keep our Christmas merry still.

I love the Christmas tide, and yet
I notice this, each year I live
I always like the gifts I get
But how I love the gifts I give!
